In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Business Finance & Solutions apps on the Android platform in the United Kingdom saw varied performance metrics, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

SumUp: Payments and POS experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 9.2K in late November. The app's weekly active users also showed an upward trend, reaching over 107K in early December before a decline towards the end of the month.

For Lopay: Payments & POS, weekly downloads began strong with figures around 4.7K but saw a consistent decline throughout the quarter, ending with just 889 downloads in the final week of December.

Square Point of Sale: Payment maintained a steady stream of weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 2.1K to a peak of 3.5K in late November. Active users showed a similar steady trend with a peak of 26.5K in early December.

Tide - Business & Finance App observed a gradual decline in downloads over the quarter, dropping from 2.6K to around 1.5K by the end of December. However, active users remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations, peaking at nearly 98K in early December.
